  1. You will not submit unacceptable content.  Irish Peace Centres defines unacceptable content as anything that is, or is likely to be –

    - libelous, knowingly false, ad-hominem, or misrepresents another person;
    - invasive of a person's privacy, liable to incite racial hatred, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous
    - infringes upon a copyright or trademark, or is otherwise a breach of law.
    - is being used to abuse, harass, stalk, or threaten others
    - violates an obligation of confidentiality
    You will show respect and courtesy at all times to other users.

  2. Any posting only gives the views of the author of the posting and does not reflect necessarily the views of Irish Peace Centres and therefore you agree that we cannot and will not be held responsible for the contents, accuracy or validity of the postings in any manner whatsoever.
     
  3. We do not allow anonymous comments.  We require blog users to supply a valid email address before they can post, though we allow blog users to identify themselves with an alias, rather than their real name.
     
  4. Irish Peace Centres cannot guarantee that you will not encounter subject matter that you will not encounter subject matter that you consider offensive or otherwise inappropriate and we accept no liability for any failure to, or delay in removing any such content or matter.
     
  5. Irish Peace Centres will make every endeavourto monitor the postings on its website to the best of its capacity but you understand that it is not obliged to oversee, monitor or moderate all postings.
     
  6. You will not carry out or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law or infringe the rights of any third party, in the UK or any other country in the world.
     
  7.  You will not make any postings that would constitute an advertisement (any notification of events and training must receive prior approval from IPC), chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation.
     
  8. You will not make a posting that would be technically harmful (including without limitation hacking, the introduction of computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software).  The site is not to be used for spamming.
     
  9. You agree that you use this site at your own risk and that the site owners are not responsible for any of the material posted.
     
  10. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your postings.
     
  11. You agree that Irish Peace Centres will remove any material it chooses entirely at its discretion and without prior consent of the author.
     
  12. If you consider any posting breaches these terms, please let us know by emailing bsharpe@cooperationireland.org and we will try to remove the postings within a reasonable time.
     
  13. You agree that the responsibility for your postings rests solely with yourself and you will indemnify Irish Peace Centres in respect of any costs, expenses, losses, damages or claims made as result of any claim based upon any posting made by yourself.
