Core Group

SUSTAINABLE POSITIVE RELATIONS

Within this activity an expanded range of carefully selected core groups of participants with leadership potential/roles will continue to embark on multi-residential journeys of deep dialogue and growing sustainable relationships that will have a positive ripple or multiplier effect in their communities or spheres of influence.

For these journeys up to 70 participants over a 3 year period will be drawn from local, geographical area and regional areas.

The purpose of the Core Group activity is to develop a range of local, sub-regional and regional core groups of people who will be leaders in Sustaining Positive Relationships.  These core groups will feed into other Consortium networking activities and into other Sustainable Relations activities.  To strengthen this ripple effect it is important to cultivate relations between different groups who have been involved within the local and regional core groups.  This is another intervention that we will work collaboratively with the Foundation for Peace in Warrington to deliver.
